Customise the templates and help raise awareness of your #BeActive event

Looking for an easy way to promote your #BeActive event? Make use of our free poster and flyer campaign. In its 11th year, the European Week of Sport will once again bring #BeActive to life in more than 40 countries – and your event can be part of this Europe-wide movement.

As the National Coordinator of the European Week of Sport in Germany, the German Gymnastics Federation (DTB) provides all #BeActive events with free promotional materials. The official #BeActive templates can easily be customised with your own image, event details and a QR code, giving you professional campaign materials with minimal effort.

How the free poster and flyer campaign works

  • Register your event on the #BeActive website.
  • Download your preferred template (A2, A3 or A5).
  • Personalise it with your own image, event information and QR code or link using our step-by-step guide.
  • Send the finished artwork to the printer.
  • Receive your printed posters or flyers free of charge.
  • Use them online and offline to promote your #BeActive event.

The posters and flyers help you increase the visibility of your event – whether in sports clubs and sports halls, schools, town halls and other public venues, through local partners or at community meeting places. You can also use the templates digitally, for example on your website, in newsletters, on social media or via WhatsApp. It's a simple way to reach more people and present your #BeActive event in a professional and recognisable campaign design.

You'll also find additional communication materials and templates in the download section, including assets for social media and other promotional activities related to your #BeActive event.

Since 2015, the European Union has promoted physical activity across Europe through the European Week of Sport. In Germany, the campaign is additionally supported by the Federal Chancellery and coordinated nationally by the German Gymnastics Federation (DTB).
